Effective Date: As of April 2026, this agreement superseded the Interdepartmental Agreement related to the Cooperation in the Area of Surveys and the Specifications for Descriptions of Lands for Transactions on Reserve Lands, 2014.

Effective Date: This agreement came in force in July 2019. It replaces the Interdepartmental Agreement re Description of Canada Lands, 1955.

Effective Date: As of April 2025, this agreement outlines the guiding principles and responsibilities of the respective parties in the adoption of special survey standards for the re-establishment of boundaries after an earthquake.

Effective Date: As of May 2025, this agreement superseded the Intergovernmental Agreement with British Columbia Respecting Legal Surveys of Highways over or through Indian Reserves, Sechelt Lands and Westbank Lands, 2015.

Incorporation Agreement, 1989
Effective Date: This agreement was made December 12, 1989 and came in force retroactively on December 8, 1989 (P.C.1989-2441). It was originally published in Chapter B2 of the Third Edition of the Manual of Instructions for Surveys of Canada Lands.
